I am here to share my thoughts but also to learn.. I would describe myself as African that embraces the colours of her blackness. My family, friends and community are my life.

My dream is emotional freedom and a greater overstanding of my own emotional ill-essy and how it manifests itself in my overall wellness issues. Personal freedom is being able to laugh at myself, and wear flat shoes with pride!"
